We are starting to plan for our year-end lunch, and this year =
we=E2=80=99d like to get everyone=E2=80=99s input on the theme and =
entertainment options. Please take a moment to review the options below =
and cast your vote for your preferred theme. Also, let us know what type =
of entertainment you=E2=80=99d like to have, and feel free to share any =
additional suggestions! Please bear in mind that it will be at The =
Birchwood Hotel, Boma House so we can only include entertainment that =
fits the venue and is permitted.

Carnival Extravaganza: Vibrant colours, festive decor, and fun with =
carnival games and performers

Masquerade =E2=80=9CBall=E2=80=9D: Black and white theme with vintage =
d=C3=A9cor, chandeliers, candles etc and everyone will receive a mask on =
arrival, and perhaps a Murder Mystery Game thrown in for some =
entertainment.

Bushveld Safari: wild and rustic with a braai and maybe an interactive =
drumming session.

Beach Vibes: laid-back coastal vibes, bon fire and some =
=E2=80=9Cbeach=E2=80=9D games like volleyball and frisbee

series of puzzles and riddles to “escape” within a set time limit.)

Scavenger Hunt: (Teams are given a list of items or tasks to find or =
complete within a certain area and time limit.)

Minute to Win It (Teams compete in a series of quick, one-minute =
challenges)

Blindfolded Obstacle Course: (One team member is blindfolded and must =
navigate an obstacle course with verbal guidance from their teammates.)

Puzzle Challenge: (Teams are given a puzzle to complete within a set =
time, made more difficult by mixing up pieces from different puzzles.)

decision making.
